The portal, which is offered free of charge, provides a scalable training solution for our partners and customers to expand their knowledge and competency with the BriefCam solution—any time, anywhere. Our training’s include:
User Training
This intuitive training for BriefCam end users, introduces you to BriefCam’s comprehensive Video Content Analytics Platform. In less than two hours, this course will walk you through the full range of BriefCam’s functionality including the REVIEW, RESPOND and RESEARCH solutions. In addition to the many training videos, you’ll try your hand at finding suspects, contact tracing, discovering trends in retail settings, and much more.
Admin Training
This training for BriefCam installers, covers installing BriefCam, configuring the system using the BriefCam Administrator Console, and the ins and outs of upgrading BriefCam.
Advanced Technical Training
This training for BriefCam administrators and installers, is a deep dive into BriefCam’s Video Content Analytics Platform. In just two hours, you’ll learn about the technologies used by BriefCam, the BriefCam Open API, and BriefCam’s video pipeline.
Master Class – RESEARCH
This Master Class covers advanced topics about working with BriefCam’s RESEARCH solution including creating your own dashboards and using external sources. You’ll master many of the intricacies of working with the RESEARCH solution.
Sales Training
This course empowers BriefCam authorized distributors and resellers to successfully sell BriefCam. The training provides a comprehensive overview about BriefCam as a company, the video analytics market landscape, how the BriefCam technology works, the BriefCam product portfolio, and other critical details needed to explain and sell BriefCam’s Video Content Analytics Platform.
