Program Planning:
Develop program plans as part of the annual plan and for specific releases, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Define program goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Identify dependencies between other R&D projects and resolve potential conflicts.
Release Coordination:
Engage with stakeholders (Product, Architects, Customer Success, and L4) to ensure alignment of releases’ work with other R&D activities.
Monitor releases development progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
Communicate status, risks, and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues within the programs and develop mitigation strategies.
Implement risk management practices to minimize disruptions to releases’ timelines and budgets.
Resource Management:

In support of our vision where video data is widely accessible, usable, and insightful, for a smarter, better world, BriefCam is looking for a strategic, process oriented, solution selling minded individual to penetrate large enterprise accounts, based in Chicago. This position reports to the Regional Sales Director – Team Lead East US.
Responsibilities:
· Create, nurture, and respond to sales opportunities and close sales orders for BriefCam’s product line in large strategic new business opportunities in enterprise accounts. (multi-year, multi-region, > $1 million, etc.)
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives in coordination with the Regional Sales Director – Team Lead East
· Conduct sales calls, schedule “local” promotional work and regularly with discipline track sales activities with all channels, end user and consultant opportunities using BriefCam’s Salesforce.com lead and project tracking software database.
· Source, qualify, select, and manage: Integrators and VARs (Value Added Resellers). These must be proposed and reviewed with the Regional Sales Director – Team Lead East prior to signing.
· Work collaboratively and cross functionally with pre-sales, strategic initiatives, marketing, and customer success teams within BriefCam.
· Leverage deep product knowledge to demonstrate solution selling techniques, uncover prospect and customer challenges and deliver valuable solutions.
· Create proposals and quotes for prospective customers and provide them with published prices, and information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates. Discounts beyond the published price pages must be proposed and reviewed with the Regional Sales Director- Team Lead East.
· Work closely with the pre-sales technical team and perform assessments to determine customer requirements and provide first level technical guidance to customers (end-users), integrators and partners.
· Attend regional and national tradeshows and professionally participate in booth duty within the BriefCam booth at various marketing events.
· Grow year over year territory sales revenue at a faster pace than the market average and in line with the territory budget goals while maintaining an accurate pipeline and timely sales forecasts.
Essential Skills:
· Highly motivated and a proven sales executive in enterprise software sales
· Strong account management skills with particular focus on attention to detail and strategic planning in support of the sales strategy.
· Proven ability to internalize the end user’s business requirements and map technology solutions/product capabilities to support those requirements across multiple buyer personas within the account.
· Strong communication (verbal, listening, written), presentation, and coaching skills.
· Strong knowledge of Enterprise software sales is a must.
· Experience with Salesforce.com required.
· Sales and account management experience with consultants, technology partners, and channel partners.
· Hunter sales mindset with key knowledge and experience in the video and/or security market.

· Frequent travel (50%) will be required during the execution of the duties of the Enterprise Regional Sales Director – across North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer (SE) who is tech savvy, sales savvy, and customer service oriented. The SE will support the sales team to increase sales in the region by providing technical sales support to meet potential customer requirements. The SE will be responsible for pre-sales activities including customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical proposal responses and other tasks as needed. The SE will also be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
It is essential to be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You must also be able to identify the technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales and support processes. The individual will also help capture new product features and requirements by being a market-facing technical representative working with end-users, integrators, and technology partners.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for the specification, installation, configuration, and commissioning of Partner and Customer systems, including proof of concept and demo environments on physical and virtual hardware platforms
· Provide on-going technical support to resolve issues, including being a liaison between the internal R&D teams, the Partners, and the end-users where required
· Provide technical advice and support to end users, resellers, and the internal sales team on a wide range of different technologies and integration solutions
· Refer to our internal knowledge base, documentation, and external resources to provide accurate answers and solutions in a timely manner
· Work in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing team members to address technical questions and conduct product demonstrations
· Help the Sales team members respond to requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposals (RFP) including compliance, data privacy, and architecture
· Support marketing activities including trade shows, webinars, and other campaigns for developing new customer leads
· Support trade shows including booth setup, booth staffing, and presentations
Requirements
Technical
· Strong knowledge and experience of both hardware and software products (IP networking, SaaS applications, video security, client/server environments, and other communication systems)
· Strong knowledge and experience with Video Management Systems, Video Recording, and Video Analytics
· Hands-on experience with Windows environments
· Familiarity working with databases (PostgreSQL, etc)
· Experience in IIS web services and RESTful API calls
· Nice to have: scripting knowledge (bash or python)
