
Liam Galin joins BriefCam as CEO to take charge of the company’s growth strategy and maintain its position as a video analytics market leader and innovator. Bringing over 20 years of leadership experience at international technology companies in various market segments, Liam is passionate about building connections between the Market, Technology, and People, in constant pursuit of innovation and new ways of approaching everyday challenges. From privately held to NASDAQ and LSE-traded companies and small startup teams as well as global companies of over 300 employees, Galin has over twenty years of experience leading and scaling international tech companies in various market segments. His leadership portfolio ranges from early-stage, product-market fit exploration to mature companies with international sales of over $300 million in the aggregate.
Before joining BriefCam, Galin served as founder and CEO of Whatify and Chairman and CEO of Flash Networks, which was acquired by Volaris Group. He holds M.Sc. and B.Sc. Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Professor Shmuel Peleg holds more than 20 US patents which have formed the basis for the establishment of numerous, successful high-tech companies. He was twice awarded the Hebrew University Kaye Innovation Award for his work. Professor Peleg has been a faculty member at the Hebrew University since 1980, serving as the chairman of the School of Computer Science from 1989 to 1991, and has held visiting positions at the University of Maryland, New York University, and the Sarnoff Corporation. He has published over 150 technical papers in computer vision, has served as chairman of multiple prestigious computer vision conferences, and co-founded the Computer Vision Foundation. Prof. Peleg received his BSc degree in mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his MSc and PhD degrees in computer science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Michal joined BriefCam in 2011 after serving as Vice President of Finance at ImageID and, following its acquisition by Zetes industries, as Vice President of Finance of the Zetes ImageID Innovation Center. Previously, she held a management position at Rozenblum-Holtzman accounting practice. Ms. Hillel holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University, and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

Igal brings 25 years’ experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Video Technologies, and System Architecture to further drive innovation, product vision and strategy, at BriefCam.
In addition to his successes as CTO and VP R&D at NICE Systems, VP Products at DVTel and HTS, Director of Innovation Garage at Tyco/JCI, and most recently, head of Computer Vision for Autonomous Systems with Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Igal is the holder of over a dozen patents in video surveillance, analytics, and related fields.
Igal holds an M.Sc. Electrical Engineering as well as a B.Sc. with honors Electrical Engineering, Tel-Aviv University.

Hagy brings more than 24 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of engineering leadership, delivering enterprise-grade platforms and solutions. Hagy provides both technical and management expertise in Cloud/SaaS, imaging, billing and customer care products. Previously the CTO for BackPack.io and Tradesmarter Holdings, he led worldwide development teams from successful product design through deployment. Prior to that, Hagy served as Head of Software Applications and Development for Zetes, ImageID Innovation Center, where he had full responsibility for designing, developing and testing its entire line of software solutions. Hagy holds a degree in ADP and Computer Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Dana joins BriefCam as VP Product to strengthen BriefCam’s innovative product offerings. A seasoned product leader with over 17 years of experience, Dana has a passion for bringing impactful products to market and expertise in developing product strategy and leading execution for companies in growth and transition phases. Prior to BriefCam, Dana led product management for Tarci, a startup developing a continuous intelligence engine for generating dynamic SMB data. Starting as the company’s first Product Manager, Dana, set strategic direction, built the roadmap, established the product team, and played a significant role in taking Tarci from a Seed Round to Series A. Before Tarci, Dana worked in several product companies in various roles, including managing Situator and complementary products at Qognify (formerly NICE Security) and serving as a senior product manager at SAP. She also has ten years of experience in development and system engineering, and she holds a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Netanya Academic College.

Ido Barash is the Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at BriefCam, responsible for leading BriefCam towards innovation and solutions that will provide the most value to our customers and maintain our position as the video analytics market leader, accelerating and expanding the company’s growth. Ido has over 20 years of business and legal experience at international companies in various segments, most recently serving as Head of Business Development at Whatify, responsible for leading the company’s customer growth. Ido also served as General Counsel and VP of Corporate Development at Matomy Media Group, a pioneer in advertising technology, where he led Matomy’s IPO, cross listing, and various mergers and acquisitions. An attorney by training, Ido was also a partner in a S. Friedman & Co., a leading law firm, and he holds an LLB and BA in Business Administration (specializing in Marketing) from Reichman University.

Michal Ramot joins BriefCam with 20 years of Human Resource management experience, leading HR organizations globally, defining and implementing strategic organization processes, overseeing change management, and partnering in integration processes following M&A activities. Michal holds a BA in Social Work from Tel Aviv University, an HR Management diploma from the Technion, and has completed a post-graduate Tel Aviv University program for group guidance. Michal also holds a mediator diploma from the Gume institute.

Shai joins BriefCam as VP of Customer Success to elevate the experience throughout the BriefCam customer lifecycle. Shai has served in multiple customer-facing executive positions in startup companies, as well as in well-established tech organizations. As an industry veteran with over twenty years of experience, Shai has always brought the voice of the customer to the forefront at every organization, enabling delivery of fit-for-purpose technology.
While he started his career as a software developer – even creating and launching his own innovative retail solution – he has transitioned gradually from technology development to field engagement and client relationships, holding leadership positions in Customer Success , Professional Services, Account Management, and Delivery in companies, including Retalix (acquired by NCR), Clicktale, and Blue dot.

Joining BriefCam in 2017, Manuel is responsible for developing and managing BriefCam’s Americas sales organization. With over 23 years of sales leadership experience within the North and Latin American as well as European markets – much of it focused on video-centric technology companies in the physical security market, including Axis Communications and Milestone Systems. During a 5-year period, he also successfully ran his own venture in the retail wine market.
Manuel holds a Master of Science Degree in International Business Administration & Economics from Linköping University in Sweden.

Ryan joined BriefCam in 2021 to head and develop the APAC sales organization, leading the charge of growing BriefCam adoption across one of the fastest growing regions in the world. Working across APAC, including Japan and India and – of course – his homeland of Australia, Ryan brings with him nearly 20 years in the security industry, holding various roles from selling alarm panels door to door to successfully leading one of the industry’s leading camera technologies as APAC Sales Director.
Today, Ryan is building a committed hardworking, customer-focused team and culture for BriefCam’s Singapore-based team. Ryan is excited to be leading an integral part of the company through BriefCam’s next phase of growth as a market leading video analytics provider. Additionally, Ryan is an avid sports enthusiast and a self-directed student of culture in corporate environments. He enjoys combining these two interests by proffering sports analogies about business culture, firmly reinforcing his belief in Peter Drucker’s famous quote “culture eats strategy for breakfast.”

Joining BriefCam in 2021 to head and develop the EMEA sales organization, Oren Zvulun has over 20 years of leadership experience in EMEA-based technology companies – half of which at NiceVision (now Qognify). His other roles have spanned various industries from Agri-tech to Virtual Reality and Digital Marketing. Overseeing sales, marketing and support operations, Oren has managed every aspect of the customer-facing side of business. Along his career path, Oren took part in various M&A operations, from both the buying and selling sides. He is an autodidact and a multilingual man of the world, who lives and breathes the EMEA region.
