
Gil is an experienced executive with 27 years’ experience leading international technology companies in the domains of Power Electronics, Data Networking and Digital Services. Gil brings an established track record of market-leading business growth, operational excellence and innovation.
As CEO, Gil is focused on driving the company strategy to help organizations transform video into actionable intelligence through BriefCam’s innovative and comprehensive video content analytics platform.
Prior to joining BriefCam, Gil held the position of CEO at Solcon Group, a dynamic power electronics company that has been at the forefront of design, development and manufacturing of industrial electronic systems. During his tenure at Solcon, Gil established a strong track record in initiating and leading change, obtaining strong results and strengthening innovation amid a rapidly market landscape. Before joining Solcon, Gil served as Vice President for APAC at Mellanox, a computer network products company (recently acquired by NVIDIA) where he led a complex business to drive substantial growth, and instantiated significant strategic alliances with leading OEM partners. Previous to Mellanox, Gil was Vice President and General Manager at Amdocs, an industry leader for communications services, media and financial services providers and digital enterprises by leading a large system integration division through strategic initiatives and advanced go-to-market strategies.
Gil holds a B.Sc in Industrial & Management engineering and an M.B.A from Ben Gurion University Israel.

Professor Shmuel Peleg holds more than 20 US patents which have formed the basis for the establishment of numerous, successful high-tech companies. He was twice awarded the Hebrew University Kaye Innovation Award for his work. Professor Peleg has been a faculty member at the Hebrew University since 1980, serving as the chairman of the School of Computer Science from 1989 to 1991, and has held visiting positions at the University of Maryland, New York University, and the Sarnoff Corporation. He has published over 150 technical papers in computer vision, has served as chairman of multiple prestigious computer vision conferences, and co-founded the Computer Vision Foundation. Prof. Peleg received his BSc degree in mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his MSc and PhD degrees in computer science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Michal joined BriefCam in 2011 after serving as Vice President of Finance at ImageID and, following its acquisition by Zetes industries, as Vice President of Finance of the Zetes ImageID Innovation Center. Previously, she held a management position at Rozenblum-Holtzman accounting practice. Ms. Hillel holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University, and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.

Stephanie Weagle joins BriefCam to lead the company’s global marketing initiatives and accelerate market adoption of its industry-leading video analytics solutions. Before joining BriefCam, Stephanie was Vice President of Marketing for Corero Network Security, where she led global marketing for the company’s cyber-threat mitigation product portfolio. Previously, Stephanie held senior marketing roles at Lionbridge Technologies and Novell, Inc.

Hagy brings more than 24 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of engineering leadership, delivering enterprise-grade platforms and solutions. Hagy provides both technical and management expertise in Cloud/SaaS, imaging, billing and customer care products. Previously the CTO for BackPack.io and Tradesmarter Holdings, he led worldwide development teams from successful product design through deployment. Prior to that, Hagy served as Head of Software Applications and Development for Zetes, ImageID Innovation Center, where he had full responsibility for designing, developing and testing its entire line of software solutions. Hagy holds a degree in ADP and Computer Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Gili joins BriefCam to head Strategic Initiatives, focused on the company’s accelerated business growth.
Armed with market and industry background she has successfully led technical, product and business teams over the past two decades, with a strong notion of business enablement. Prior to joining BriefCam Gili led Product Management and Global Business Operations at Qognify, following her field and leadership roles in Solutions Engineering at NICE Systems.
Gili holds a BA in Political Science from the Tel Aviv University and an International MBA from the College of Management, Academic Studies.

Michal Ramot joins BriefCam with 20 years of Human Resource management experience, leading HR organizations globally, defining and implementing strategic organization processes, overseeing change management, and partnering in integration processes following M&A activities. Michal holds a BA in Social Work from Tel Aviv University, an HR Management diploma from the Technion, and has completed a post-graduate Tel Aviv University program for group guidance. Michal also holds a mediator diploma from the Gume institute.
