We invite you to register for the BriefCam Technical Certification program. This comprehensive training will provide you with extensive knowledge about how to use BriefCam, how to analyze and resolve technical issues, as well as how to deliver theoretical and practical training to end users.

Certification Level: 2 – BriefCam Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting
The BriefCam Technical Certification Program consists of two parts:
1. Theoretical Training – This training consists of completing the User Training and Admin Training courses on our online Training Portal. These two courses are comprised of videos with a total duration of 3.5 hours. A course is considered complete once all the videos are watched. Completing the Theoretical Training is a prerequisite for attending the live Practical Training sessions.
2. Practical Training – Remote sessions are 4 days long and attendees are required to be logged-in and participating 9:00AM to 13:00PM each day (total 20 hours). It is a live instructor-lead training and all pre-requisite Theoretical Training from the online portal is still required to be completed prior to attending the first of these remote sessions. Upon registration and approval for the Practical Technical training you will receive directions for obtaining credentials for the on-line training portal.
Successful completion of the Theoretical and Practical Training courses certifies attendee for BriefCam Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
