BriefCam honored by State Governor at 2013 Connecticut-Israel Technology Summit


Dannel P. Malloy, Governor of the State of Connecticut commended BriefCam for its commitment to raise the State’s standards of excellence.

Farmington, CT, June 13, 2013 – BriefCam® (briefcamtest.wpengine.com), the developer and provider of VIDEO SYNOPSIS® solutions for the rapid review, analysis and indexing of video, was awarded a certificate of recognition by Dannel P. Malloy, Governor of the State of Connecticut, yesterday (June 12) at the third Connecticut-Israel Technology Summit.

BriefCam was honored for its commitment to raise the State’s standards of excellence.

Your unique technology will continue to move Connecticut down the path of scientific innovation,” stated Malloy.

The Connecticut-Israel Technology Summit was organized by MetroHartford Alliance, the region’s economic development leader, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford, and brought together business leaders, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, academic, government and research experts from New England, Pennsylvania, New York, Canada and Israel. The organizers’ goal is to encourage Israeli companies to locate their U.S. offices in Connecticut and to assist existing businesses in the state in partnering with Israeli technology companies.

More than 20 community leaders participated, including Hartford Hospital, Gartner , BriefCam, The Hartford, United Technologies Corporation, University of Connecticut, The Department of Economic and Community Development and BIRD-F, the Binational Industrial Research and Development Foundation.
