Convergint’s electronic security customers to benefit from browsing hours of video in minutes using BriefCam’s novel VIDEO SYNOPSIS® technology
Schaumberg, IL, AND Neve Ilan, Israel, December 5, 2011 – BriefCam, the developer and provider of the VIDEO SYNOPSIS solutions for rapid reviewing, analyzing and indexing of video, today announced a partnership with leading North American systems integrator Convergint Technologies. Convergint is the seventh largest and fastest growing systems integrator in North America with a dedicated focus on electronic security.
Convergint customers will now be able to benefit from BriefCam’s award-winning VIDEO SYNOPSIS, a novel technology that enables users to browse hours of video in minutes. The synopsis is made possible by simultaneously presenting multiple objects and activities that have occurred at different times. Events are indexed to the original video; both synopsis and original footage can be exported for investigation in one click.

VS Enterprise supports both On-Demand channels for deferred batch processing as well as optional add-on Live channels for immediate Video Synopsis availability on critical cameras. In all, VS Enterprise enables Video Synopsis on 100% of installed cameras.
