BriefCam is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, self-starter to join the growing marketing team. This person will be responsible for executing geographically focused campaigns and activities including the full spectrum of BriefCam sponsored events in EMEA. The EMEA Field Marketing Manager will be extremely hands-on, working directly with the global marketing team, other internal stakeholders, partners, and in-region vendors to ensure successful programs from planning through execution. This individual will play a critical role in generating new business for our sales team and continuing to grow the BriefCam brand with both end-users and BriefCam partners.  


Based out of Europe, the role will target regional lead generation and pipeline goals, growing brand awareness, and executing go-to-market campaigns. Reporting directly to the Manager of Global Marketing Programs with a dotted line report to the Managing Director of EMEA Sales. 




  • Work closely with the regional sales team to develop campaigns tailored to the immediate needs of local markets and their target accounts 
  • Collaborate with counterparts at partner organizations to plan and execute a consistent cadence of marketing programs 
  • Oversee design, creation, and delivery of all local campaign related materials 
  • Track local program budgets, expenses, KPIs, ROI 
  • Experiment with creative in-region solutions for increasing program ROI 
  • Oversee in-region BriefCam sponsored trade shows, conferences, and local field events 
  • Coordinate with conference vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure success 
  • Maintain regional ‘event kit’ (giveaways/print collateral) inventory for the EMEA teams 
  • Post-programs follow up including lead capture, list cleaning/loading and distribution to sales, leveraging 



  • 3-5 years’ experience in field or demand generation focused marketing 
  • Fluent in French and English (Italian/German are a plus) 
  • Experience in executing in-person events targeting end-users and channel partners 
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships with sales teams to craft programs that are metrics-driven in their approach 
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Great presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written – English (required) and French (significant plus) 
  • and HubSpot (or other tier-one Marketing Automation tool) experience a significant plus
